The strongest conversations are designed long before anyone takes the floor.

People are endlessly interesting to me.

Some rooms I'm invited to lead, others I bring together myself.

From intimate salons to multi-day leadership and industry summits, I design, facilitate, and moderate gatherings. I care about the architecture as much as the exchange itself, shaping agendas, preparing speakers, and finding the narrative that holds an experience together.

But the room always has a life of its own. A question takes us somewhere unexpected, someone offers an answer worth pressing a little further, a different voice changes the direction, or a little humor makes space for candor. I love the unpredictability of it all. There's an art to knowing when to follow a thread, when to challenge an idea, and when to let the conversation take on a life of its own.
